XiaoNing is a Senior Director and COO of Spring Capital. Xiaoning has 10 years of experience as in house counsel for private equity industry. Prior to Spring Capital, XiaoNing was a Legal Director of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers China for 4 years, where she was primarily responsible for advising the funds regarding investment terms and structures, identifying and evaluating legal risk involved, and reviewing, negotiating the legal documents. She also advised the fund managers on general corporate matters.
Prior to joining KPCB China, XiaoNing spent 5 years in JAFCO Asia's legal department where she was responsible for advising the investment team regarding deal structuring, legal compliance and reviewing the legal documentation.
Before becoming an in-house counsel, XiaoNing was a PRC law consultant for more than 7 years in the corporate finance department of Singapore law firms including Rodyk & Davidson.
Xiaoning received an LLB from the Peking University.
