Sam is an Executive Director of Spring Capital. Sam has 9 years of experience in private equity and 4 years of experience in public accounting. Prior to Spring Capital, he worked at the Chengdu office of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), participating in a number of equity investments, project finance transactions and strategic advisory assignments in Western China.
Before the IFC, Sam was an auditor at the Sichuan Public Accounting Corporation, one of the largest accounting firms in the Sichuan Province. He specialized in A-Share IPO audits and transaction services for large Chinese corporations.
Sam received a B.A. in Economics from Sichuan University and a Masters in Finance from London Business School as a Chevening Scholar sponsored by the British Council. Sam is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in China.
