Guosen is a Senior Director of Spring Capital. Guosen has 6 years of experience in private equity and 14 years of experience in medical research. Prior to Spring Capital, Guosen was a senior investment manager at Shenzhen Capital Group, where he led investments in more than 10 healthcare companies. His expertise covers bio-technology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare services, material science, fine chemicals and high-end agriculture.
Before joining Shenzhen Capital Group, Guosen was a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and Freiburg University in Germany, and a Senior Chemist at the National Cancer Center of Singapore. His research projects include biomaterials, enzyme chemistry, new drug development and cancer diagnosis.
Guosen received a B.S in Radiochemisty from Lanzhou University, a Masters of Medicine in Medicinal Chemistry from the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and a Ph.D. in Bio-organic Chemistry from National University of Singapore.
