David is an Executive Director of Spring Capital.
David has 5 years of experience in private equity, 3 years of experience in investment banking and 5 years experience in commercial banking in China. Prior to Spring Capital, David worked as a Vice President at Cathay Capital, where he participated in sourcing, analyzing several new investment opportunities and the investment execution.
Before Cathay Capital, he worked at ICEA Capital’s Investment Banking Division (a joint venture of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and the Bank of East Asia) and based in Guangzhou, participating in several IPO projects in HK and M&A transactions for mainland listed companies. Before ICEA, he worked at the commercial banking department for the Bank of East Asia Guangzhou branch and the Agricultural Bank of China Guangzhou Branch respectively.
David received a B.S. from Guangdong University of Technology and a MSc in Accounting & Finance from the University of Manchester.
